In such cases, our trained Velocity Computers technicians will take care of the problem in a 24 - 72 hour turnaround (estimated). The reasons that computers will come back to the office are usually parts related or to reinstall the operating system. This does happen primarily because of severe damage that can be caused by virus, spyware, adware, and internet hijack based programs and also from normal wear and tear on computers and electronics.
